Io, Moon of Jupiter

Io, a moon of Jupiter emits electrically charged gases during it’s orbit which is later plows through splashing the gas into Jupiter’s enormous magnetosphere where it funnels at the poles and turns into radio laser using plasma via a function called cyclotron maser mechanism. What hahaha? Yes! Sounds unbelievable, just unbelievable.

In fact, these radio emissions can be so powerful that during rare crazy electrical storms on Jupiter, you can sometimes hear Jupiter radio…on AM.

Above is the actual radio program recorded by Voyager as it approach Jupiter. Blows my mind and is kinda..creepy.
